HOA Information:
Quarterly fee: $1,225
Estoppel preparation fee: $299
No current special assessments.
Martin Downs Property Owners Association is the master association. They do not require any fees, applications, or estoppel. MDPOA fees are included with Charter Club quarterly fees.
Buyers must submit a completed Buyer Information Packet as well as a copy of the executed contract including the HOA Addendum showing the quarterly maintenance fees of $1,225. Buyers do not need HOA approval to purchase.
